My hope was to get some more work in today, but I still haven’t caught up on rest, and I spent most of the day with my son.
My warmup took significantly longer than usual because my son was being distracting. And I didn’t manage to get anything else done today.
What went well?
- I kept the chain going. Barely.
What needs work?
- Separating work and love.
What did I learn?
The same lesson I’ve failed to learn countless times before — I can’t give my full attention to work OR family if I try to mix them.
