Make Some Magic

How much magic can you bring into your life? A better question – how much magic could you make for others if you really tried?

The beauty of it is that it doesn’t take much effort. Just expect magic in everything and it might show up. It definitely won’t show if you don’t expect it, though.

That spark is only there if you want it to be, kind-of like the Muse. If you don’t show up for the magic, the magic won’t show up for you or anyone you touch.

So make some magic today by looking for those magical opportunities.

What You Become

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.”

Zig Ziglar

I’ve been working hard on my goals over the past month, and I’ve realized that my aims have adjusted as I’ve adapted. How about you? Have you noticed any changes in who you’re starting to become?

I’m more flexible. I’m more focused when I have the opportunity to focus. I’m more connected with my family. I like who I’m becoming.

Strategy Over Tactics

What are you building? What’s the end-goal? Something I recently put some thought into.

I have a pretty large set of goals (inside of one big vision), but the day-to-day tactics I was practicing weren’t really working. They were fun but stressful. I’m sure you know the feeling.

So I changed tactics. I didn’t quit, but I’m trying different things. Never quit on your ultimate goal. But be willing to drop the plan you had to get there and try a new one.

Because not every plan works out. And that’s good. It means you get to flex some creative muscle and try a different path. Or make your own…

Spirit of Life

Creativity fuels itself. The more you use, the more you have. Consider that for a minute.

Think about the impact that could have on your life. Think about the impact that could have on the world. And think about why you haven’t been pushing yourself to be more creative.

If you want to be more creative, start being more creative. Stop and think “why?” when you’re doing a routine task. Then think about how it could be done differently, even if you don’t have good ideas – you’ll have some ideas.
